Ceramic Neti Pot | Ayurvedic Nasal Cleansing Tool | PAAVANI Ayurveda
The Ancient Ayurvedic Morning Ritual, Beautifully Crafted
For thousands of years, nasal cleansing has been a cornerstone of Ayurvedic dinacharya — the daily self-care practice that sets the tone for the entire day. The PAAVANI Ayurveda Ceramic Neti Pot brings this timeless tradition into your modern wellness routine with a beautifully designed, lead-free ceramic vessel that is safe, durable, and gentle enough for daily use.
Key Features
- Lead-Free Ceramic — non-porous by nature, free from BPA, synthetic coatings, and harmful chemicals. The material choice is intentional — ceramic is the traditional vessel used in Ayurvedic practice for a reason.
- Ergonomic Spout Design — shaped to fit comfortably into the nostril without forcing; the angle and length are calibrated for a natural, controlled flow that makes the practice accessible even for first-time users.
- Dishwasher Safe — daily use requires daily cleaning; the ceramic construction makes this effortless without special care routines.
- Includes Sample Neti Salt — everything you need to start your first practice immediately.
How to Use It
Preparing the Saline Solution: Mix 1 teaspoon of non-iodized salt with 2 cups (480ml) of warm distilled or previously boiled water. Water should be body temperature. Stir until fully dissolved.
Performing Jala Neti: Stand over a sink and tilt your head to one side at a 45° angle. Insert the spout gently into the upper nostril. Breathe through your mouth and allow the saline solution to flow through and out the lower nostril. Use half the solution on each side. After rinsing, gently blow your nose.
Best time: Morning, before pranayama or meditation, or in the evening as part of your wind-down ritual.
Frequency: Once daily or as part of your regular wellness practice.
