How to Use It

Morning Ritual (5 minutes):

1. Mix the saline solution with warm, filtered water in the neti pot. Tilt your head and gently pour through one nostril. Repeat on both sides.
2. After rinsing and gently blowing your nose, apply 3–5 drops of Nasya oil into each nostril. Sniff gently to draw the oil in.

Recommended for daily use, ideally in the morning before breakfast.
